Sarah has over 30 years’ experience as a medical practice executive. She has been a national, state, and local leader in professional organizations such as Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). She has done extensive research on how staff members make decisions in organizations for which they work and how those decisions impact organizations complexity influences organizations. Sarah is an author of professional books and has done a wide-range of speaking nationally on healthcare management topics to audiences of physicians, management, and staff. She has also authored and facilitated on-line classes for the leading professional organization in her field, MGMA. Sarah is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) and is a past chair of the ACMPE Board of Directors. In 2019, Sarah was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest national honor given by MGMA.

Sarah taught at the graduate level at Saint Louis University in the Health Management and Policy and the Executive Masters Healthcare programs. She was also a full time faculty at Southeast Missouri State University where she participated in starting the under-graduate and graduate Healthcare Administration degree programs.

She is eager to lead the Kellerman Foundation as it expands its offerings to the greater community.
